Arrests Made in Delhi Knife Attack on Northeast Students
Delhi Police have arrested two individuals and apprehended a juvenile for a knife attack on two Northeast students in Vijay Nagar. The incident, involving bike-borne assailants, took place when the victims, Zerry and Shepherd, were buying water. Investigations are ongoing to identify a fourth suspect.

Delhi authorities have apprehended two men and a minor in connection with a violent knife attack on two Northeast students early Monday morning. The incident occurred on July 31 in Vijay Nagar when Zerry and Shepherd, both from Manipur, were assaulted while purchasing water.
As reported by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northwest) Bhisham Singh, four individuals attacked the students, resulting in significant injuries. CCTV footage, call records, and local informants aided police in identifying the suspects, leading to the arrests of Krishna and Krishna Kashyap. The detained juvenile and the suspects have no prior criminal records.
Both accused have confessed to partaking in the crime. The police are continuing efforts to track down a fourth perpetrator involved in the altercation, with investigations actively underway.
