In a grim incident that unfolded on Monday, two individuals were discovered dead inside a vehicle, with police suspecting suffocation as the cause of death. Initially alarming reports of injury marks were later dismissed by authorities.
The deceased have been identified as Sachin Sharma, 27, a cab driver, and Laxmi Shankar, 50, a laborer, both residents of Khoda Colony and Prem Vihar in Ghaziabad, respectively. Their families had reported them missing since Sunday.
Authorities received a tip-off about the tragic discovery near a private institution in Sector 62. Passersby, upon noticing something amiss, attempted to wake the occupants before breaking the window panes to reveal the unresponsive individuals inside.
