A devastating fire broke out at a colony in Seppa, located in Arunachal Pradesh's East Kameng district, on an early Sunday morning. According to the police, a house, a shop, and a car were engulfed in the flames.

The blaze, which started around 5.10 am in a house at Upper ALC Line Colony, has been attributed to an electrical short-circuit, as per the house owner's account, shared by SP Kamdam Sikhom.

Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were reported. Swift action by fire tenders from the nearby Seppa unit managed to contain the fire, preventing it from causing further damage.
