The crime happened Thursday when the suspect allegedly abducted the child, a student of class one, on her way home from a local primary school, taking her to a remote location to assault her.

The traumatized child was able to return home and inform her family of the harrowing incident, according to police reports. Senior Superintendent of Police Brijesh Kumar Singh confirmed that an investigation is ongoing, with two teams actively working to identify and apprehend the suspect.

In response to the grave incident, the young victim has been hospitalized for medical evaluation and care. Authorities are committed to swiftly capturing the alleged perpetrator to ensure harsh penalties.
