In a tragic turn of events, law enforcement officials have apprehended two individuals linked to the fatal stabbing of a 17-year-old student in Katghar. The incident, which took place during a road rage conflict, has sent shockwaves through the community.
According to authorities, a seemingly minor motorcycle collision on Monday evening spiraled into a violent confrontation, leading to the death of Vinayak, a high school senior and nephew of local BJP leader Anurag Thakur. The suspects, identified as brothers Vishal Kaushik, known by the alias Phuley, and Anank Kaushik, along with Anil Kaushik and Sonu Rawat, allegedly attacked Vinayak.
In response to the incident, Thakur called for severe punishment for those involved. Police are actively searching for the remaining suspects while maintaining a strong presence in the Holi Maidan area to prevent further unrest.
