Tragic Family Feud: Teen Allegedly Kills Mother

A 16-year-old boy allegedly murdered his mother using an axe in Ladwa, police reported. The victim, Mukesh Rani, succumbed to severe head injuries after being attacked. The boy is currently missing, and authorities are investigating the motive and searching for the accused.

A 16-year-old boy is the prime suspect in the alleged murder of his mother, Mukesh Rani, in Ladwa district, police disclosed on Wednesday.

Deputy Superintendent Randhir Singh identified the victim as 45-year-old Mukesh Rani of Dudha village. She was living separately after a divorce. The tragedy unfolded Tuesday night when the minor allegedly attacked her at home, inflicting fatal head injuries.

Authorities rushed the woman to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narain Hospital, but she was declared dead during treatment. The boy, who lived with his father, is absconding. Despite registering a case and launching a search operation, the police are still unraveling the motive behind the horrendous act, as the incident has left the village in shock.
