The incident occurred at Sahpur panchayat in the Katkamsandi block. According to police reports, the victims included four girls and a 12-year-old boy.
The deceased, aged between 12 and 20, were all residents of Sahpur panchayat. Their bodies have been transported to Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem examination.
