Among the deceased, 42 hailed from Telangana. Local authorities have confirmed the survival of one Indian, who is currently receiving medical treatment. The Consulate, in its efforts to provide assistance, has set up its office within the Indian Haj Pilgrims Office in Madina.

Consul General Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri personally visited survivor Abdul Shoeb Mohammed in the hospital, ensuring he receives the best possible care. The Consulate expressed its hopes for his swift recovery via social media engagements.
