The Greater Chennai Corporation has launched help desks at all 947 polling stations to assist voters in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.

According to authorities, there has been an overwhelming response, with residents eager to clarify doubts and submit forms for the ongoing revision.

The help desks, operational from 10 am to 6 pm daily until November 25, aid voters in form filling and in tracing names and EPIC details from the 2002 rolls, stated GCC Commissioner and Chennai district election officer J Kumaragurubaran. Officials verify and upload the submitted forms to ensure seamless processing.
