Brutal Crime in Nanded: Quick Arrest After Heinous Murder

Two individuals were apprehended in Nanded for the alleged murder of Saksham Gautam Tate. The incident stemmed from Tate's interaction with a related woman. The swift action led to the arrest of the culprits within 12 hours, and they now face serious legal charges.

In a swift turn of events, two men have been arrested in Nanded on suspicion of murdering Saksham Gautam Tate after he allegedly spoke to a woman related to them. A police official from Itwara station reported the brutal incident.

According to the authorities, the suspects, identified as Gajanan Balajirao Mamidwar (45) and Sahil Madansingh Thakur alias Sahil Gajanan Mamidwar (25), allegedly shot at Tate before bludgeoning him to death.

The accused have been taken into custody from Manwat in Parbhani district within a mere 12 hours of the crime. They are being charged under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Arms Act, and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
