Anuj Garg, a 42-year-old booth-level officer tasked with the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll, tragically died at his home in Dholpur. His sudden collapse on Saturday night, as he uploaded voter data, raises concerns about the pressures faced by officials engaged in the revision process.

According to his family, Anuj had been subjected to late nights and intense workloads. His sister, Vandana Garg, recounted that he was working tirelessly, even moments before he collapsed, merely after requesting a cup of tea.

The family's grief is palpable as they recount rushing him to the district hospital, only to be told he was dead on arrival. Police, along with district medical officer Dr. Samerveer Singh, conducted investigations at the scene to gather statements, while a post-mortem was arranged to establish the cause of his untimely demise.
