Unclaimed Victim of Tamil Nadu Road Tragedy Still Not Identified
In Tamil Nadu's recent road accident, 11 victims perished, but one remains unidentified. Despite efforts to share images and notify the public, no one has claimed the body. Compensation has been distributed to families, with only two left to complete formalities.

In a tragic road accident in Tamil Nadu, 11 individuals lost their lives, yet one body remains unclaimed, according to the state's Minister of Cooperation, K R Periyakaruppan. Despite circulating photographs, the deceased has not been identified by any family or acquaintance.
Of the victims, nine were women and two men, all of whom were killed on impact. While compensation cheques were distributed to the families of eight victims on behalf of the Chief Minister, two families in Sivaganga await completion of the formal procedures. The district authorities are actively engaged with these relatives.
The minister added that ambulances were provided to transport the bodies, aiming to assist bereaved families in these challenging times. The tragic incident highlights the urgent need for responsible driving and improved road safety measures in the region.
