The Delhi Police are urgently searching for a man who escaped a devastating fire in a four-storey building in south Delhi. The blaze, which erupted at approximately 6:24 PM on Saturday, claimed the lives of four people. Investigators suspect that petrol ignited the inferno.
Among the deceased, two have been identified: Satender, the shop owner, and his sister Anita. Three friends visiting the shop at the time of the fire, including Ramdin, Manglo, and Mahender, were caught up in the disaster. One survived while the other two perished.
Forensic teams have been rigorously collecting evidence from the site, as investigations continue. Meanwhile, a woman named Mamta is receiving treatment for burns. Authorities have blocked off the affected lane for public safety as the search for the elusive survivor intensifies.
