Midnight Heist: Sai Baba Devotees Robbed at Knifepoint

A family of devotees on their way to Shirdi were robbed at knifepoint near Georai, a police official disclosed on Friday.
The robbery occurred shortly after midnight on Wednesday at Wadgaon Dhok on the Dhule-Solapur national highway, according to authorities.
The victim, Shivprasad Kishorkumar Paune from Telangana's Rangareddy district, reported that the family had paused their journey for a washroom break when four masked intruders broke into their car, stealing gold ornaments valued at Rs 3.46 lakh. Law enforcement, led by Sub-Divisional Police Officer Anil Katke and Inspector Kishor Pawar, are actively investigating the case.
