An alarming incident unfolded in the West Bank as Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian teenager who allegedly drove a car towards them at a checkpoint in Hebron.
The military explained that the teenager, identified as 17-year-old Ahmed Khalil Al-Rajabi, had accelerated the vehicle. Unfortunately, Ziad Naim Abu Dawood, a 55-year-old bystander and municipal street cleaner, was also fatally struck during the episode.
