An unidentified foreign national was discovered with serious injuries near a residential building in Navi Mumbai in the early hours of Sunday, police reports reveal.

The unknown man, without any form of identification, was suspiciously found in sector 1 of Sanpada. Authorities are still working to confirm his nationality.

CCTV footage shows the individual leaped over a gate and sustained injuries in the fall. Initially treated at a civic hospital in Vashi, he was later transferred to a Mumbai facility. Police continue to investigate the case.
