Maharashtra's legislative council Deputy Chairman, Neelam Gorhe, has called for an inquiry into a breach of privilege motion against a Nationalist Congress Party (SP) member.

The motion, submitted by BJP's MLC Pravin Darekar, stems from derogatory comments made by Suryakant More at a campaign rally in Jamkhed.
