Released by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the publication entitled 'Dhami Ki Dhamak - 4 Saal Bemisal', marks development in economic, infrastructure, social, and cultural domains. Highlights feature the involvement of women, youth, statehood activists, ex-servicemen, and the diaspora in forging a prosperous Uttarakhand.
Among notable outcomes, the state reports a considerable hike in mining revenue, reduced unemployment to 4.4%, and the reclamation of 10,000 acres through the removal of illegal structures.
