In a disturbing incident, two unidentified individuals targeted the vehicle of Other Backward Classes (OBC) activist Mangesh Sasane in Maharashtra's Beed district, according to a police official. The incident, which involved stone-pelting, occurred on the Telgaon-Dharur road late Saturday night.
Sasane, who had just visited the Majalgaon rural police station for information on a two-month-old case related to Pawan Karwar, found his car attacked by two motorcyclists, resulting in damage to the rear and side windows. Speaking about the experience, Sasane explained that he was traveling from Majalgaon to Indapur and Pune at the time of the attack.
The Dharur police station has registered a case, and authorities are making concerted efforts to identify and capture those responsible for this alarming act of vandalism.
