Truck Driver Arrested for Attempted Murder of Mining Inspector

Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar detailed the event, which transpired near the Rohi bridge as Mining Inspector Shatrughan Singh led a vehicle inspection. Despite signals to stop, the driver, identified as Suraj Kumar, chose to ram his truck into the official's vehicle, seemingly with lethal intent.

Thankfully, the inspector and his team evaded harm. Shortly after, Kokhraj police apprehended Kumar near a local eatery, confiscated his vehicle, and formally charged him based on the inspector's report.
