In a decisive operation, the Gurugram Police have dismantled an interstate cybercrime gang, arresting nine individuals from Rajasthan. The group was allegedly involved in fraudulent activities disguised as investment schemes and online gaming, according to officials.

Authorities stated that the gang was linked to criminals based in Dubai, and lured unsuspecting victims via instant messaging groups and deceitful links. A targeted cyber police operation traced the group's activities to a hideout in Kota, Rajasthan, culminating in the arrests on Wednesday.

Police seized 13 mobile phones, three laptops, and 37 ATM cards from the accused. The investigation further revealed that significant portions of defrauded funds were transferred to Dubai, while the gang retained a commission. The accused are currently in judicial custody as investigations continue.
