Daring Heist: Young Jewel Thief Nabbed After High-Tech Manhunt
A 19-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing Rs 1.75 lakh worth of jewellery by breaking through a shop's wall. Ashwin Khadiya was stopped by police who used digital surveillance and local intelligence to track him down. The loot was recovered, ending the high-tech manhunt.

An audacious jewellery heist ended with the arrest of a 19-year-old suspect, who allegedly stole valuables worth Rs 1.75 lakh from a shop. Police apprehended the suspect, Ashwin Khadiya, after a complex investigation involving CCTV surveillance and digital tracking.
The crime occurred on the night of January 8, when Khadiya bypassed security measures to access the shop through a wall. His methodical approach indicated possible experience in construction or manual labor, prompting police to concentrate their search in labor colonies near Ramol canal and Jamfalwadi area.
A thorough analysis of CCTV footage across the Hatkeshwar-Ramol corridor was conducted. The suspect's eventual apprehension by a trap near Shaktimata temple, following his digital footprints, has closed this high-tech investigation.
