Interior Ministry spokesperson Abdul Mateen Qani reported that initial findings indicate multiple deaths and injuries. Kabul police spokesperson Khalid Zadran revealed the blast occurred in the bustling Shahr-e-Naw district, known for its commercial significance and housing major office buildings, shopping centers, and diplomatic missions.
