Aspired by dreams of becoming a top social media influencer, a 14-year-old boy left home this month. He was later found at Bengaluru Railway Station through the Delhi Police's 'Operation Milap', an official disclosed on Thursday.
The young teenager vanished from Burari on January 11 after clashes with his parents over his online aspirations, including mobile overuse, becoming a social media personality, and his penchant for online gaming.
Upon his disappearance, his father feared kidnapping and reported it to local authorities. A focused police effort began immediately to trace the youngster. The probe revealed the boy's frequent video uploads and digital transactions, leading to his location being traced to a train journey to Bengaluru. The coordinated efforts of police forces ensured his safety and return to Delhi.
