Shital Tejwani, wielding a power of attorney, controversially sold government land in Pune's Mundhwa area to Amadea Enterprises LLP, a firm co-owned by Parth Pawar, the son of late Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) revealed this in a detailed charge sheet.

Although Parth Pawar's name is absent from the charge sheet, Tejwani is implicated in a strategic maneuver that reportedly evaded Rs 21 crore in stamp duty, raising serious legal and ethical questions. Additional charges have emerged, further involving Tejwani in a loan fraud case linked to Seva Vikas Cooperative Bank.

In connection with these questionable activities, pressure mounts with ongoing investigations into various officials and company associates. Meanwhile, opposition leaders speculate the land's market value at Rs 1,800 crore, significantly higher than the reported sale price, pointing towards broader implications of financial impropriety.
