The Paris public prosecutor's office announced the arrest of four individuals in France, including two Chinese nationals, on espionage charges for allegedly spying for China. The suspects have been presented before an investigative judge as the investigation proceeds.
Authorities initiated a judicial probe on February 4 following revelations that the Chinese suspects entered France to access and transmit satellite data from the Starlink network, along with essential data from significant military entities, back to China.
The prosecutor's office disclosed that four individuals now face scrutiny, with two of them currently in custody, as investigations continue to unravel the extent of the alleged espionage activities.
