Starlink Shutdown: Impact on Ukraine's Defence

Russian forces’ deactivation of Starlink internet terminals in Ukraine is drawing attention. Ukraine's defense minister announced efforts to track and authorize operational terminals. The first batch of verified terminals is already operational as Ukraine seeks to mitigate the impact of these deactivations on their military operations.

In a recent development, Russian forces have deactivated Starlink internet terminals being used in the Ukraine conflict, according to Ukraine's Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

Fedorov stated on the Telegram app that Ukraine is diligently working on compiling a list of verified Starlink terminals authorized for operational use.

He further mentioned that the first group of these validated terminals is already active, aiming to counteract the disruption caused by the deactivated terminals.
