In an intensified crackdown on drug trafficking, police in Jammu and Kashmir have arrested eleven alleged drug peddlers across several districts. Operations conducted in Jammu, Rajouri, Kathua, and Samba led to significant heroin seizures in recent days.
Among those arrested were Manjeet Singh, Vikram, Vishal, and Rahul Sharma, apprehended during a special operation in the Bishnah area of Jammu. Police recovered 10.62 grams of heroin from their possession, along with other amounts from different locations.
