In a significant development, Delhi Police have apprehended seven new suspects and another minor in connection with the fatal clash between two families on Holi in southwest Delhi's Uttam Nagar.
The incident resulted in the tragic death of a 26-year-old man, raising the total number of arrests to 14 with two minors involved. Three women, identified as Sayra alias Kali, Sharifan, and Salma, have been taken into custody. The clash originated from a water balloon incident, escalating into violence on March 4.
Senior police officials have warned against circulating misleading AI-generated videos about the event on social media, emphasizing strict actions against such misinformation. Heavy police presence continues to ensure law and order, as the authorities remain vigilant in their ongoing investigation.
