A first-year law student at Himachal Pradesh University, Mohit Dogra, faces charges after allegedly stabbing a peer during a fight on campus. The incident unfolded on Monday around 1:30 pm when Dogra reportedly pulled out a knife and threatened his adversary.
According to sources, Dogra attacked Dhanraj, leading to serious injuries. He was promptly taken to Indira Gandhi Medical College for medical treatment. Dhanraj's condition is stable as per the latest updates.
The police have booked Dogra under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita related to attempted murder and criminal intimidation. Authorities have initiated a detailed investigation into the violent confrontation.
