India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Israel coincided with significant military strikes involving the US and Israel against Iran. Amid this geopolitical tension, Rajya Sabha MP Abdul Wahab questioned the Ministry of External Affairs regarding agreements signed during Modi's visit. Kirti Vardhan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs, clarified that while extensive discussions took place with Israel, no talks regarding the military attack on Iran occurred. Instead, a focus was maintained on strategic partnerships in areas like artificial intelligence and financial services.
