Cross-Border Mobile Theft Ring Exposed: Six Arrested in Delhi-NCR
Six members of a gang involved in mobile phone thefts across Delhi-NCR, channeling the stolen goods to Bangladesh, have been arrested. The gang used minors for thefts and disposed of phones through a network. Investigations continue, aiming to uncover more of the network and involved minors.

A cross-border gang, allegedly responsible for stealing mobile phones from Delhi-NCR and channeling them to Bangladesh, has been apprehended by police. Six suspects were arrested in connection with the thefts.
The group used minors to execute these thefts in bustling markets and busy public spaces throughout the capital, according to law enforcement officials. The accused, all from Jharkhand, and an auto driver from Delhi have been captured near ISBT Kashmere Gate.
Authorities recovered 46 stolen mobile phones, some linked to existing FIRs and others traceable through the CEIR portal. Ongoing investigations aim to identify additional network members and trace the minors involved.
