The event, held at the CM's Secretariat, saw an appeal for active public participation, with Choudhary underscoring its importance for an accurate and inclusive process.
From April 17 to May 1, residents can engage in the initial self-enumeration phase, with a subsequent house listing and housing census from May 2 to 31. This digital approach, a first for the region, is hailed as foundational for Bihar's progress and development, according to a CMO statement.
