In a troubling incident in Nadapuram, authorities have launched an investigation following the dumping of septic waste into the drinking water well of T P Manojan, a Revolutionary Marxist Party (RMP) leader. This incident took place at his residence over the weekend, triggering a police probe.

According to the police, the septic waste was discovered on Sunday morning by Manojan's brother. The suspects allegedly entered the property between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, contaminating the well used for drinking water by Manojan and his relatives.

Police have registered a case citing relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Kerala Police Act, focusing on health risks and criminal trespass. CCTV footage from nearby houses is under examination to identify any possible suspects involved in this act.
