A speeding car hit them and threw them several feet away. They died on the spot, police said. A complaint was filed by Sanjay Nehra. He said his parents -- Mansingh (62), and Shakuntala Devi (61) -- were waiting for him as he had gone to park his scooter. ''Meanwhile, a light blue Nexon car, coming at high speed from the Gurugram side, suddenly lost control and hit them. I rushed my parents to a hospital in Bhiwadi in critical condition, where doctors declared them dead'', Nehra said in his complaint. An FIR has been registered, and further investigation is underway, a senior police officer said.
