London stabbing suspect has violent past and mental health issues, police say

The head of London's Metropolitan Police, Mark Rowley, said on Wednesday the 45-year-old suspect in the London stabbing attack that wounded two Jewish men had a history of serious violence and mental health issues.
Rowley, during a news conference, said this was a "horrendous act of violence" directed against the Jewish community.
