Delhi Police have arrested Arman, a 26-year-old proclaimed offender, accused of masterminding a series of mobile store heists in the Delhi-NCR region. He was captured after evading arrest for over three years, following extensive police surveillance and intelligence efforts in the Mewat region.
Arman, a resident of Nuh in Haryana, was involved in burglary operations targeting mobile showrooms, using tactics such as fake number plates to evade detection. Despite earlier arrests of gang members and vehicle recovery, Arman's ability to evade capture made him a high-priority target for law enforcement.
The breakthrough in the case came on April 29, when Arman was intercepted near the Nuh court complex. Police have linked him to at least three other criminal cases in Haryana and Rajasthan, involving charges like robbery and theft.
