Tragic IED Explosion: DRG Officers Killed in Chhattisgarh

Three District Reserve Guard officers were killed and another injured in an IED explosion in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. In a tragic turn of events, three officers from the District Reserve Guard (DRG) lost their lives, and one was injured in an IED explosion in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district.

The incident, marking the first Naxalite-related explosion since India's declaration as Maoist-free, occurred during a demining operation aimed at neutralizing IEDs.

The explosion happened while officers attempted to defuse the device, leading to the death of Inspector Sukhram Vatti, and two constables, with another officer undergoing medical treatment.
