A wave of panic spread through Rohru when a handwritten poster surfaced, threatening bomb attacks on the local court and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate's office, authorities revealed on Wednesday.

The discovery of the alarming message, found pasted on a wall in the Bharari area, prompted an immediate response from law enforcement. The police heightened alert levels, evacuating both targeted premises while initiating exhaustive search operations. Reinforcements, including a Bomb Disposal Squad from Shimla, were rapid in their deployment to ensure safety.

Shimla's Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaurav Singh, assured the community that the situation remains stable, as investigations continue with no suspicious finds. He pleaded for public composure amidst assurances that the threat, resembling an earlier school-targeted email hoax, is under control.
