A real estate firm has filed a legal complaint over alleged violations of a court's stay order concerning illegal soil excavation on its property. The incident occurred in Chimanpura village, exposing tensions as the case remains unresolved in the court system.
Last week, Rajdarbar Developments Private Limited reported that individuals, aware of a judicial restriction, trespassed onto their land. The accused reportedly utilized JCBs and tractors for excavation, contravening the court's directive.
A police complaint has been made, with assurance from authorities that measures will be taken to prevent further illegal actions. The company has called for legal action against those involved and the seizure of machinery used in the act.
