Crackdown on Delhi's Underworld: Sharpshooters Arrested in Major Police Operation
Delhi Police have apprehended six individuals allegedly linked to the Rashid Cablewala-Hashim Baba gang. Authorities seized 10 illegal firearms and 81 live cartridges from the suspects, who were reportedly planning violent attacks. The gang has connections with several criminal activities, including murder and extortion.

In a significant law enforcement operation, Delhi Police have arrested six suspected members of the notorious Rashid Cablewala-Hashim Baba gang. The arrests led to the confiscation of 10 illegal firearms, among them a high-powered rifle, and 81 live cartridges.
The suspects, identified as Faiz Qureshi, Maaz, Nawajish, Affak, Imran alias Teli, and Arshad alias Chota, are all residents of northeast Delhi. They were reportedly planning attacks on rival gang members as part of their criminal activities.
The crime branch's surveillance efforts paid off when information led them to a gathering on Pusa Road, resulting in the arrest of four suspects. Further investigation and raids revealed more gang operatives and weaponry. Investigators believe the gang is deeply involved in extortion, illegal betting, and has ties to several murders and violent incidents across Delhi.
