NHAI Secures Arbitration Victory, Defends Over ₹8,375 Crore Claims in NH-44 Highway Disputes

• Other project execution impacts

NHAI opposed the claims by arguing that the concessionaire lacked contractual entitlement and had failed to provide sufficient evidence supporting the financial demands.

Tribunal Again Rules Largely in Favour of NHAI
