Once an advocate of population control, Naidu now emphasizes boosting birth rates to maintain a stable fertility rate of 2.1 children per woman. Highlighting economic challenges faced by countries with aging populations, he argues that children should be considered national assets, not burdens.

Naidu also addressed regional development plans, ensuring the completion of key irrigation projects. Furthermore, he urged citizens to economize and adopt sustainable practices in response to global economic tensions. The government's previous waste management successes and future obligations, including resolving land disputes, were also reiterated.
