The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has detained Shivraj Raghunath Motegaonkar, founder of the Renukai Chemistry Classes in Latur, Maharashtra, in connection with the NEET-UG paper leak scandal, officials revealed on Monday.
The arrest came after a leaked exam paper was reportedly found on Motegaonkar's mobile phone during a raid. Motegaonkar, accused of being a key player in an organized group responsible for leaking the exam materials, supposedly received the questions 10 days ahead of the exam held on May 3.
