Six IAS, 18 HCS officers transferred in Haryana; Panipat and Palwal get new DCs

The Haryana government has transferred six IAS and 18 HCS officers, including several deputy commissioners and special secretaries, with immediate effect.

The Haryana government on Monday transferred six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and 18 Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers with immediate effect.

According to a government order, among the IAS officers who have been shuffled include Panipat Deputy Commissioner Virender Kumar Dahiya, who has been posted as Special Secretary at the Secretariat Establishment.

He will also continue to hold the additional charge of Director, Environment Haryana and Special Secretary, Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department.

Palwal Deputy Commissioner Harish Kumar Vashishth has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Panipat.

Jainder Singh Chhilar, Special Secretary at the Finance Department, has been appointed at as Palwal Deputy Commissioner.

Among the Haryana Civil Services officers who have been transferred include Shalini Chetal, Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar, who has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Hisar.

Ashutosh Rajan, Flying Squad Officer at the Excise and Taxation Department, has been posted as Additional Director (Administration), Development & Panchayats, Haryana.

Shahbad Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) Shambhu has been posted as Additional Director, Consolidation of Land Holdings & Land Records, Haryana, in addition to his present duties.
