In a shocking revelation, four individuals have been detained for the calculated killing of a 60-year-old watchman in Outer Delhi's Peeragarhi village. The police described the murder as meticulously planned, following a verbal altercation.

Officers report that the accused removed the SUV's number plate, deliberately complicating identification before fatally running over the victim, Bijender Bhardwaj. The incident occurred around 2:54 am on Sunday, as Bhardwaj, employed at a local tempo stand, was alone at the time of the attack.

CCTV footage revealed the SUV near the tempo stand, with one assailant exiting the vehicle to beat Bhardwaj, who attempted to flee. The attacker proceeded to repeatedly run him over before escaping. A case under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has been registered, as the investigation continues.
