​Massive ‌Russian air ​strikes ‌targeted industrial and port infrastructure in ‌Ukraine's Odesa ‌region, Governor Oleh Kiper ⁠said ​on ⁠the Telegram messaging ⁠app on Monday.

All ​of the fires ⁠caused have ⁠been ​extinguished so ⁠far, he added.
