In Haryana, villagers near the Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory's Ramgarh range remained inside their homes for over two hours on Sunday as a precaution during a high-caliber bomb test.
Panchkula district administration had advised residents of Bhanu and Billa villages to stay indoors due to the test, which took place between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Police patrolled the area to ensure compliance. Panchkula Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma indicated that bomb fragments were anticipated to soar to 1.5 km and spread up to 2 km from the detonation point. Tejinder Pal, in charge of Ramgarh Police Post, reported that the event proceeded without incident.
