Hungarian President names new judge to lead powerful judiciary office

Hungarian President Janos Ader named judge Gyorgy Barna Senyei as the new head of the National Office for the Judiciary, state news agency MTI reported on Monday.

The Office had been led by Tunde Hando, the wife of a ruling party lawmaker, until last month when she was appointed to the Constitutional Court.
