Man held for killing wife

A man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly strangulating his 22-year-old wife in their home in Ganesh Nagar area of Kandivali, police said. Earlier in the day Fahim Bastiwala's body was found with strangulation marks.

The body was sent to civic-run Bhagwati Hospital for postmortem. A senior police officer said they arrested Fahim's husband, Inam Bastiwala after the postmortem report confirmed strangulation as the cause of the death.
